How do I request a sample from Fasteners Etc before I buy a full box of bolts?
Unfortunately, we’re not able to provide samples of product. Many of our products offer a spec sheet, but if one is not available online we will be more than happy to provide it at your request. If you have additional questions, please
reach out and we will do our best to help you select the best part for your application.
Does Fasteners Etc offer special quotes for high volume buys of fasteners?
Please
contact us for a customized package or high-volume quote as additional discounts may be available.
The website provides standard parts readily available; however, we have partnerships with many suppliers and custom manufacturers. Simply
email or call and we’ll be happy to do our best to help with your hard-to-find part.
What payment methods are accepted at Fasteners Etc?
We are a verified merchant with Authorize.Net which allows you peace of mind when shopping with us. Fasteners Etc accepts all major credit cards for online orders. For established customers, we also offer payment terms upon approval.
SHIPPING
What is the cost to ship my order?
The cost to ship your order is calculated during the checkout process. It varies based on material weight, boxes, and receiving zip code. Fasteners Etc has a program with UPS to help reduce shipping costs as much as possible, offering less than the published rates.
Can I track my Fasteners Etc order?
Most orders will ship within 24hours of being placed. We will add tracking information to your order online as soon as possible for you to access at your convenience.
Can you ship collect on my account with UPS or Fed Ex?
The website platform is not currently set up to ship collect on a customer’s account; however, we are offering discounted shipping with UPS.

We offer a flexible return policy within 30days or order date. Please see our

Does Fasteners Etc accept orders that are tax exempt?
If you need to place an order that is sales tax-exempt, please email a copy of the certificate to sales@fastenersetcinc.com. Your account will be updated for exemption on all future orders. If an order was already placed and sales tax collected, a refund will be issued as soon as possible.
I need certificates for structural bolts and nuts. Can Fasteners Etc provide them?
We are happy to provide certificates for structural material upon order. Please utilize the order comment section to let us know or
reach out with any other special requests.
