- Unfortunately, we are unable to provide product samples. However, many of our products include detailed specification sheets. If one is not available online, we'd be happy to provide one upon request. If you have additional questions, please feel free to reach out! - Does Fasteners Etc offer special quotes for high volume purchases?
- Yes, we do! Please contact us for a customized quote or high-volume purchase need- additional discounts may be available.
- Do you offer custom fastener solutions, not listed on the website?
- Yes! While our website features standard parts that are readily available, we also work closely with a wide network of suppliers and manufacturers. If you need a customer fastener made to your specifications, per print, simply email or call and we will handle the rest!
- What payment methods are accepted at Fasteners Etc?
- We are a verified merchant through Authorize.Net giving you peace of mind when shopping with us. Fasteners Etc accepts all major credit cards. For established customers, we also offer payment terms upon approval.
SHIPPING
- How does the website calculate the cost to ship my order?
- Shipping costs are calculated during the checkout process based on many factors including total weight, total number of boxes, and the destination zip code. Fasteners Etc. partners with UPS to offer discounted shipping rates to help keep costs down.
- Can I obtain tracking information for my Fasteners Etc order?
- Most orders ship within 24hours, and tracking information is added to your order as soon as available. You can access it through your account, orders menu.
- Can you ship collect on my account with UPS or Fed Ex?
- At this time, our website does not support collect shipping on a customer's account. However, we offer discounted shipping through UPS to help reduce your shipping costs.

- What is the Fasteners Etc return policy?
- We offer a flexible return policy for most product within 30days of the order date. For more details, please refer to our full terms or send us a return request to sales@fastenersetcinc.com.
- Does Fasteners Etc accept orders that are tax exempt?
- Yes, we accept tax-exempt orders. To place one, please email a copy of the certificate to accounting@fastenersetcinc.com. Your account will be updated for exemption on all future orders. If sales tax was collected on an order already placed, a refund will be issued as soon as possible.
- I need certificates for structural bolts and nuts. Can Fasteners Etc provide them?
- Yes, we offer Material Test Reports (MTR) or Certificate of Conformace (COC) certificates for most products. Please use the order comment section to request, or feel free to reach out with any other special requests.

- Do you have a Fasteners Etc store near me?
- Fasteners Etc offers two storefront locations in Urbana and Bloomington Illinois. If you are out of state, you can place an order online at anytime! Once we received your order, it will be processes and shipped from the closest warehouse avialable to ensure a timely delivery.
- Where does product ship from?
- Fasteners Etc partners have multiple warehouses across the U.S. in addition to our two store locations in Central Illinois. Orders are coordinated to ship from the warehouse closest to you to ensure faster delivery.
