The Titen HD® Screw Anchors are an ideal option for use in cracked/uncracked concrete or uncracked masonry. These high-strength screw anchors offer a high-strength hold for use in static, wind, and seismic loading conditions. They are manufactured from durable carbon steel with a unique thread design that cuts into the base material. The anchors are code-listed and recognized under ICC-ES reports, ensuring ductility and reliability.
Simpson Strong-Tie's Titen HD® Screw Anchors are available in zinc-plated steel for use in non-corrosive environments, or stainless steel for the most extreme corrosive environments. They are an excellent choice for temporary anchoring or for applications where a fixture needs to be adjusted. Note that the reuse of an anchor is not recommended after being uninstalled.
