The Titen HD® Screw Anchors are an ideal option for use in cracked/uncracked concrete or uncracked masonry. They offer high-strength hold for use in static, wind and seismic loading conditions and are available in stainless steel for the most extreme environments. Simpson Strong-Tie's Titen HD® Screw Anchors are an excellent choice for temporary anchoring or for use in applications where a fixture needs to be adjusted; however, reuse of an anchor is not recommended after being uninstalled. Be sure to add an SDS bit for pre-drilling before installation with your impact drill.
