The Sleeve-All sleeve anchors from Simpson Strong-Tie is an assembled unit consisting of a cold-rolled steel sleeve and threaded anchor body. The 3/8" x 5" flat head, phillips drive sleeve anchor is manufactured from zinc plated carbon steel and is designed for installation into a variety of solid base materials using a pre-drilled hole. The connection is secured when the sleeve expands against the base material creating a strong, reliable anchor point. The flat head allows for a flush installation with the base material.
