Simpson Strong-tie zinc plated lipped drop-in anchors are ideal for a strong, reliable connection in concrete or solid masonry. To install, simply pre-drill the hole and set the anchor flush with the base material. The lipped drop-in anchors allow for a clear visual 'ring' on the surface of the base material. Once installed, the anchor is ready to accept any length bolt or threaded rod of the same diameter, 1/2", offering flexibility for a wide range of applications. Simpson Strong-Tie has designed a positive-set indicator to eliminate the risk of improper installation to support a successful project.
