The Sleeve-All sleeve anchors from Simpson Strong-Tie is an assembled unit consisting of a cold-rolled steel sleeve, threaded anchor body, acorn nut and flat washer. The 1/4" x 1 3/8" Acorn Sleeve Anchor is manufactured from zinc plated carbon steel and is designed for installation into a variety of solid base materials using a pre-drilled hole. The connection is secured when the sleeve expands against the base material creating a strong, reliable anchor point. The acorn head is ideal for applications that require a clean, finished appearance where aesthetics are important.
