Hex cap screws feature a six-sided head and either a fully threaded or partially threaded shaft. The hex head style can be fastened with a wrench or socket driver, enabling high strength tightening and extra secure connections. They can often be fastened with or without a hex nut. Hex head cap screws are used for projects across virtually all industries, from machinery to construction to agriculture and more.

Fasteners Etc., Inc. supplies grade 2 hex cap screws that meet industry standards for ASME B18.2.1, offering minimum tensile strength of 60,000psi.
