Our #8-32 x 1/8" Set Screw, Knurled Cup Point are ideal for environments with heavy vibrations that require a permanent connection. Unlike standard screws that feature a head and threaded shaft, headless socket set screws consist of a fully threaded shaft designed for flush installation. This design is ideal for mechanical assemblies with tight space constraints, such as securing a pulley or gear to a shaft, as the screw sits flush or just below the surface once the appropriate torque is applied.
